Town and Country Police Issue Cleaning and Restoration Company Warning

Town and Country police are warning residents to check for missing items if they've hired a cleaning or restoration company in the last year.

Town and Country Police are advising residents who hired a cleaning and restoration company at any time since September 2011 to check for items stolen from their homes.

In an email alert, authorities said residents should specifically be concerned with any companies hired for fire or water damage. They are encouraged to check for missing silverware, jewelry, or coins that would have been moved as part of that service.

Any resident who suspects criminal activity related to this advisory is asked to contact Town and Country Police Detective Lieutenant Rick Kranz at kranzrg@town-and-country.org or at 314-587-2860.
