Town and Country Police Have Lead in Recent Home Break-Ins

believe they have a lead on recent home burglaries that had investigators searching for two suspects. Now, police need the public's help.

This new lead stems from a home burglary in the 500 block of South Mason Road on Jan. 21. Authorities said electronic items were stolen from the home and a witness saw a black vehicle, possibly a Chevrolet Cavalier or Cobalt, and two males in the driveway at the time of the burglary.

Monday authorities said they were recently notified by the victim of that burglary that someone attempted to fill one of his prescriptions that was stolen during the theft. The man police are calling a "person of interest" was caught on surveillance video at a Schnucks store located at 3421 Union Boulevard near Kingshighway in north St. Louis. 

Still shots from that video are included in this story and police are hoping someone can identify the man in the photos.

Police previously reported two burglaries involving a black two-door vehicle along Topping Road. They believe all of these burglaries may have been committed by the same people.
