Castaneda also was ordered to have no contact with the victims, seek counseling as directed by his probation officer and continue alcohol and substance abuse counseling.

Castaneda first exposed himself to an 18-year-old girl June 19 at an office building at 763 South New Ballas in Town and Country. Police said he appeared to be masturbating. The girl did not know Castaneda, but was able to identify him.
