Town and Country Burglary Alert

Town and Country police said residents returned home to catch the suspects in the act.

Town and Country police are searching for suspects after recent break-ins. Authorities said in the most recent incident, residents in the 13000 block of Mason View Court returned home just before 5:30 p.m. Sunday and interrupted the burglary.

Police said two men shattered the glass of a door next to the garage, but never actually gained entry to the home.

Once spotted, police said the two fled in a silver Ford Focus that was parked in the driveway. The resident reportedly chased the two south on Mason Road to eastbound Highway 40, but then lost sight of them.  

One suspect is described as likely in his 20s, 6 feet tall, medium build with a shaved head. The other is described as in his 40s and wearing a black skull cap.

According to Town and Country police, other burglaries have been reported in the area so residents are urged to report any suspcious people or vehicles in their neighborhoods.
