August 20: 800 block Carman Oaks Court

Property Damage: Police said a resident came home from church to find the two left tires of his parked car slashed and deflated.

August 18: 200 block of Highlands Boulevard Drive

Stealing: A business in the Manchester Highlands shopping complex reported two people stealing merchandise for the store. Store employees told police the two were putting the items in their pockets. Police said, six packages of prepared lunch meat, a pair of sunglasses and a red bandana were recovered from the two. The total value of the recovered merchandise is $18.50. Both people were arrested and charged, police said.
