Stolen GPS, Cell Phones Found in Creek by Resident
Manchester police are looking for the rightful owners after the electronics were found and turned in to authorities.

Lost & Found: A resident turned in to police several GPS devices and cell phones that were found in a creek. Police said some were under ice.
Investigators are now searching for the rightful owners of the electronics.

Police tell Patch the items were stolen from cars outside the Manchester city limits in St. Louis County. Some items, including two Tom Tom GPS have been returned to their owners.
The case is still under investigation.
