Sexual Misconduct Suspect Sought by Manchester Police
Investigators are searching for a man who is reportedly exposing and touching himself in Manchester. He's believed to have approached a young girl and a pregnant woman and police think he'll strike again.

Manchester police are searching for a man they believe is responsible for exposing and touching himself in two separate recent incidents.

"It was a little girl first, then the second time it was a pregnant mom," Captain Charles Hunn tells Town and Country - Manchester Patch.
Hunn said the latest report came in from a pregnant woman on July 27. Hunn said the incident happened near the Kids Play daycare in the Lafayette Center shopping complex at Manchester and Baxter roads.

"He wasn't doing it to the kids. He was standing in the gangway between the two buildings," Hunn tells Patch. Hunn said the gangway separates the buildings and provides access to the parking in the back of the center. The woman called police and the man fled. Hunn said police saturated the area, but did not locate the man.
"She can identify this guy and we supect this is his second time around," Hunn said.
Authorities also believe the man is responsible for an incident about two weeks prior involving a young girl outside the off Manchester Road. She was sitting in a car while her mother was inside the post office.
"The guy was sitting in a car and pulled up to an SUV with a little girl in it and exposed himself," Hunn said. "We think he's the same guy."
Police are not sure if the man is targeting children, but Hunn said authorities do believe he will strike again.
"It's just a matter of time before he's going to do this again. Each time they do this they get a little bolder," Hunn tells Patch. "Everybody here is on alert."
Right now the man is wanted for sexual misconduct. The pregnant woman gave police the following description: 5-foot-11, stocky build, wearing a black hat, black windreaker with a hood and tan cargo shorts. The suspect in the incident involving the young girl was driving a smaller siver car, but not a subcompact.
