A Town and Country man is out on bond after being arrested for allegedly touching himself in front of a teenager while he was naked.

Marco A. Castaneda, 63, of 582 Pinebrook Court in Town and Country was arrested on August 16, according to an email from Town and Country Police Captain Gary Hoelzer.

The email states that officers responded to the 13200 block of Pinetree Lake Drive around 2 p.m. to find a man had exposed himself to a teenage girl while she was in her own yard. The man was allegedly sitting naked in an adjoining yard and staring at the teenager, then approached the fence that separated the yards and continued staring while touching his genitals, according to the police email.

Hoelzer stated the investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Castaneda and this is not the first time he was arrested for sexual misconduct.

According to investigators, The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorneys office previously issued a warrant on Castaneda for second degree sexual misconduct stemming from a June 19 similar incident that occurred at 763 South New Ballas in Town and Country. Police stated that during that incident, Castaneda allegedly exposed himself to an 18-year-old female at an office building and was arrested, but later released $5,000 bond.

Official charges have not been filed in connection to the August 16 incident. Police are currently seeking warrants.
