Marco A. Castaneda, 63, of 582 Pinebrook Court in Town and Country was arrested on August 16, according to an email from Town and Country Police Captain Gary Hoelzer.

The email states that officers responded to the 13200 block of Pinetree Lake Drive around 2 p.m. to find a man had exposed himself to a teenage girl while she was in her own yard. The man was allegedly sitting naked in an adjoining yard and staring at the teenager, then approached the fence that separated the yards and continued staring while touching his genitals, according to the police email.
