Police Warn of "Suspicious Activity" in Town and Country

Police are alerting residents that a female was seen tampering with a window to a home Thursday, but left when she noticed a neighbor nearby.

Town and Country police sent out an email alert Thursday warning residents of suspicious activity in the area.

Police stated that around 8:00 a.m. Thursday, a female was observed removing a screen from a window in the rear of a house in the 12800 block of Thornhill Court.

After noticing a nearby resident, the female left in what was possibly a small black SUV, according to the email alert.

Police urge residents to call 911 if they observe any suspicious people, vehicles or activity in their neighborhoods or contact Town and Country police dispatch at 314-737-4600.
