Feb. 18 -19 - 1900 block of Windmoor Place
Vandalism and theft: The driver's side windows were broken out of a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home in the 1900 block of Windmoor Place. State documents with no value were reportedly stolen. Police said the crime took place sometime between the evening of Feb. 18 and the afternoon of Feb. 19.

Feb. 20 - 800 Sherwick Terrace
Larceny from a vehicle: A woman reported a number of items stolen from her car including a GPS unit, 2 Sony PSPs and several PSP games. The items taken are valued at $625.
Feb. 20 - 500 Block of Nandale Lane
Larceny from a vehicle: Police said a number of items including a laptop, digital camera, zip drives, and briefcase were stolen from an unlocked car parked in the driveway of a home. The items taken are valued at $1,420.
Feb. 23 - 300 Autumn Creek Drive
Fraud: A Manchester resident told police that his debit card was used to purchase two pieces of jewelry from a store in New Jersey. The case is still being investigated. The fraudulent purchases total $1,066.
