Manchester Police Investigating Counterfeiting, Fraud

Plus, a resident reports fraudulent charges appeared for his cell phone after it disappeared.

July 4: 100 block Highlands Boulevard Drive

Counterfeiting: The manager of a local store contacted police to report that someone had passed a counterfeit bill.

July 5: 200 block Highlands Boulevard Drive

Forgery: A person's signature did not match his ID so a police report was filed by a local bank. The check was seized and the detective bureau is investigating.

July 6: 200 block Enchanted Parkway

Stealing: A resident reported his cell phone missing and unauthorized charges were made to his phone. The detective bureau is investigating.
