Arrest After Weapon Brandished During Manchester Road Rage Incident

One person was arrested for flourishing a replica firearm on Manchester Road, police report.

Police say one person was arrested and charged in connection to a Nov. 23 road rage incident.

Authorities said one driver pointed an "air soft pistol" at another driver while driving in the 14300 block of Manchester Road. That location is just west of Highway 141.

The suspect was detained and later charged with unlawful use of weapon.

Police said the "air soft pistols" are used for playing games. Air soft guns are reportedly replica firearms that fire plastic pellets by way of compressed gas or electric and/or spring-driven pistons.
