Man Arrested in Connection with Burglaries in Town and Country

The following information was provided by the Town and Country Police department. An arrest does not indicate conviction.

Town and Country police report the arrest of 22-year-old Robert Mason-Ellman on charges related to burglary and stealing in the city.

Police say in the afternoon hours of Dec. 6, Mason-Ellman burglarized a home in the 900 block of Greenwich Green. A resident notified the police department of suspicious activity that same afternoon within a block of where the burglary occurred, according to the report.

That information led to the arrest of Mason-Ellman on Dec. 8. The detectives submitted the case to the St. Louis County prosecutor and warrants for burglary and stealing were issued.

Police says Mason-Ellman sold jewelry 14 times since August at Scotsman Coin at 11262 Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur and he has made approximately 10 sales of jewelry, including the jewelry stolen from Greenwich Green, to Dollar$ 4 Gold at 1935 W.
