Fugitive Arrests in Manchester

If you're wanted by police, Manchester may not be the city you want to drive through. Two recent traffic stops ended in fugitive arrests.

June 21: 1400 block Big Bend Road

Fugitive Arrest: While making a routine traffic stop for expired license plates, the officer discovered the driver was wanted by another municipality. The driver was arrested and booked as a fugitive, then held for the other agency.

June 22: 1200 block Pinyon Drive

Fugitive Arrest: While on routine patrol, an officer spotted a speeding vehicle that failed to stop at two stop signs. Police pulled the car over and found the driver was wanted by another police department. The driver was arrested, booked and held for the other department.
