According to the Pleasanton, CA Patch,  Police do not believe that incident has anything to do with Monday's deaths.

Freeman Burton's mother, Linda Walp, lives in Chesterfield and said her daughter received death threats after police were notified about 13-year-old Ainsley communicating with that Kentucky teenager.

Walp tells Patch Walp said she spoke with her daughter on Monday, before the bodies were apparently found.

Walp told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch her daughter and granddaughter moved from O'Fallon, MO, to California in December because Burton's husband had been relocated there for work. According to the report, Ainsley attended Fort Zumwalt South Middle School in O'Fallon before they moved out to California.

So far two Facebook pages have been created in Ainsley's memory: RipAinsleyFreeman and AinsleyFreemanneverforgotten.
