Drug Paraphernalia, Purse Snatching Top Manchester Police Blotter

Sept. 10: 200 block of Highlands Boulevard Drive

Stealing: Police said a woman had her purse stolen from a shopping cart at The alleged theft was caught on surveillance video and police said the suspect was located at his home. Investigators said the suspected thief was arrested and charged. The purse was returned to the victim, but an estimated $140 was already taken from the purse and not returned to the victim.

Sept. 9: 200 block of Enchanted Parkway 

Drug Paraphernalia: Police said a driver was pulled over for speeding and it was discovered he was driving on a suspended license. Investigators said that during the traffic stop, drug paraphernalia was also found on the person. The driver was arrested and booked at the Manchester Police Department. He was released on bond.
