Door-to-Door Solicitors Arrested in Manchester

Solicitors trying to sell new roofs to homeowners get arrested, plus if you're missing a bike Manchester police might have it. Check out this latest edition of Manchester police blotter.

Ordinance Violation-Soliciting: Three people were arrested for going door to door soliciting homeowners to purchase new roofs. The solicitors did not have a permit, according to police.

Sept. 21: 900 block Carman Road

Found Property: A bicycle was found abandoned in a front yard, but police have not located the owner. The bike is being held at the Manchester police station for safekeeping.
