Credit Card Fraud, Loose Dog Reported to Manchester Police

A manchester resident was notified by her credit card company that her card was being used out of state.

The following information was supplied by the Manchester Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made.

Fraud use of credit device: A woman contacted police after her credit card company called and notified her about a purchase on her card that was declined in North Carolina. Police said the woman closed her credit card account.

Animal Complaint: Officers were able to direct a dog back to its own yard after a resident called police to report the animal was running loose.
