Assault Victim Stops in Town and Country For Help

A man who was assaulted in Ballwin, stopped at a Town and Country gas station for help Thursday night.

According to , they got the call around 9:25 p.m. of a person in need of help at the Phillips 66 gas station near the intersection of Woods Mill and Clayton roads.

Police tell Patch the man said he was a victim of an assault in Ballwin and Ballwin police did arrive on the scene to investigate. 

"It's there investigation now," Corporal Chris Moore told Town and Country -Manchester Patch Thursday night.

Moore said an ambulance did arrive on the scene and he believed the apparent assault victim was taken the hospital, but he was not sure which one.

No word on on the victims's condition as of late Thursday night.
