Meet Our One Dime at a Time Recipient: Equine-Assisted Therapy, Inc. (E.A.T.)

Whole Foods Market gives 10 cents per bag to customers who re-use their own shopping bags for their purchased groceries. This program reduces our impact on the environment and supports local nonprofit groups. Throughout July, August and September, customers have the choice to accept their cash refund or donate it back to our store’s chosen nonprofit organization, Equine-Assisted Therapy, Inc. (E.A.T.). E.A.T.’s mission is to provide therapeutic horseback riding activities for individuals with disabilities within the St. Louis area.
