This week Diane is reading the story “The Trouble with Cauliflower” by Jane Sutton. Afterwards, the kids are going to learn to make Cauliflower Popcorn. It’s a simple back-to-school snack, and a great way to introduce the kids to this fun, healthy vegetable!
