“Today represents a major milestone in a community project that will make Town and Country a better place,” said Mayor Jon Dalton at Thursday's groundbreaking ceremony. “This project was started as part of the 1998 master parks and trails plan that will bring our city together and enhance our already deep sense of community in much the same way that a family turns a house into a home.”
