MoDOT Seeking Public Input on Missouri Transportation Thursday

MoDOT officials say this is the final St. Louis area session so if you have input you want to offer on the future of area transportation, this is your chance.

The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking the public's input on a future transportation system for the state of Missouri.

It is seeking its final Transportation Listening Session in St. Louis this Thursday where the residents are being asked what type of transportation system they want for the state.

The session is part of a state-wide initiative called “On The Move.”

"Information gathered during these listening sessions, a mobile tour and virtual forums will help the department update Missouri’s long term transportation plan," a MoDOT release stated.

Thursday’s Listening Session will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at UniGroup Headquarters, located at 1 Premier Drive in Fenton. The public is invited to the session, but must register at onthemove@modot.mo.gov due to limited seating.

Residents can visit the “On The Move" website to learn about Missouri's transportation system, track what MoDOT is hearing from residents, follow "On The Move" events and comment on the specific projects they think are needed.
