Meet Manchester's New Police Officer
Officer Andrew Torno is the newest addition to the Manchester Police Department.

Police Chief Tim Walsh said Torno grew up in South County and attended Oakville High School.
Torno drove a school bus for the Fox C-6 School District in Jefferson County. He attended St. Louis Community College and University of Missouri St. Louis where he earned an associates degree in criminal justice and a bachelors degree in business administration.

Torno also worked as a member of security at St. Louis University and graduated from the St. Louis County Police Academy in Dec., 2010.
