What Would You Like to See in The Vacant Chili's Building?

The building that used to house Chili's off Manchester Road still sits vacant. What would you like to see move in?

The building that used to house Manchester's Chili's restaurant at 14445 Manchester Road has been vacant now for almost six years.

Residents have addressed the Manchester Board of Aldermen about wanting to see a new business brought in, but it hasn't happened yet.

According to Franz Kraintz, Manchester's director of economic development, the building is still under a lease agreement with Chili's and the property owner, which makes it complicated to bring in a new restaurant.
