What Should Go in the Former Applebee's Space?

While the Applebee's in Des Peres has been closed for some time now, the building still stands at 13560 North Barrett Parkway.
The building is up for sale or lease, but let's have a little fun here: If it were up to you (and maybe it is), what would you put in the former Applebee's location?
With a plethora of businesses in neighbors Town and Country, Manchester and Kirkwood, maybe there's something missing you'd still like to see come to town. Would you put something in the existing building, or demolish and start from scratch?
