What Should Go Here in This Former PNC Bank Space?

After you wind and meander south down Mason Road for a bit, you eventually end up at busy ol' Manchester Road.
And right at that intersection, amid fresh road construction, is a vacant building that used to be the home of a PNC Bank branch.
The building is on the market, but let's have a little fun here: If it were up to you (and maybe it is), what would you put in this space?
With a plethora of businesses in Town and Country and Manchester, maybe there's something missing you'd still like to see come to town. Would you put something in the existing building, or demolish and start from scratch?
