Grade: A (90) (follow-up inspection scheduled)
Dish machine is not sanitizing between uses. Follow up required. Facility not able to provide hepatitis A vaccine documentation for all employees. Follow up required. Hepatitis A documentation not maintained in a clear and concise manner. Follow up required. Dish Area-caulking is dark in color. Wet mops stored in mop sink and yellow bucket. Must hang to dry properly to help prevent bacteria growth.
