Dish machine is not sanitizing between uses. will us the 3-comp sink until repaired/replaced. Follow up required-8.12.13. Hot Table-chili not at proper holding temperature. Put on the stove to reach proper temperature of 165F or higher. Bar Area-soda nozzle holster-standing water-not draining properly. Light shield missing in the cools area. Light shield-prep area-brownish in color.
