Plans Advance for Pulte Homes Development in Town and Country
A new subdivision is on its way to town near Town and Country Crossing.
Town and Country will soon be gaining a new subdivision from Pulte Homes called the Estates at Town and Country Crossing, off Clayton Road near Route 141.
The subdivision would consist of 69 new single-family homes, with land development beginning this summer, according to a press release from Pulte.
As Patch previously reported, Pulte had withdrawn plans from consideration last October before re-presenting this spring. Primary concerns from Town and Country aldermen and residents included the aesthetics and quality of the homes.
The release added that sales should be available by the end of 2013.
