Manchester Woman Possible Victim of Social Security Fraud

Plus, loose dogs get their owner ticketed in Manchester.

Identity Theft: A resident reported her social security check had been deposited into another account. The social security office advised staff would conduct an investigation.

Animal Running at Large: A resident called police after being confronted by two dogs in an aggressive manner. The owner was issued a summons for allowing the dogs to run at large.
