CLEAN FOOD - A Day's Worth of Naturally Detoxifying Recipes (Gluten & Dairy free, Vegan)

Take a day off from inflammatory and processed foods, and eat pure, healthy and vibrant foods that will nourish and detoxify you at the same time. Get the 101 on which foods to stay away from if you'd like to have a 24-hour detox diet. Leave with recipes you'll use over and over! Breakfast will be a Cashew Chai. For lunch, a Russian Beet Salad, and for dinner, feast on raw kale salad & millet risotto. Snack recipes will be included as well.
