Circle 7 Ranch, the newest venue from the Lounge Concepts team of Buddy Coy and Pete Ferretti, will open on September 10, 2012 at 14412 Clayton Road in the new Ballwin Grove shopping plaza. The taphouse and grill, set at the intersection of Schoettler and Clayton roads, is the 7th concept from the duo who have shaped the St Louis entertainment scene over the past 10 years with their venues including The Pepper Lounge, Mandarin, Lumen Event Space, and The Outfield at Mike Shannon’s.
As part of Circle 7 Ranch’s fresh adaptation on the classic sports bar model, it will be the first venue in Missouri to offer “Personal Table Taps,” a revolutionary and engaging adult beverage dispensing solution. Nine premium tables are fitted with the system that allows guests to pour their own ice-cold draft beers and enjoy a no-wait standard of service.
The family-friendly dining experience at Circle 7 Ranch is designed to please everyone from the youngsters to the grownups. With homemade recipes, signature dishes, clever appetizers, fresh salads, hearty soups, delicious sandwiches and burgers, the menu’s modern American classics will make patrons feel welcome and comfortable. Circle 7 Ranch will highlight specialty burgers as well as build-your-own, a la carte options. Hand-spun milkshakes, grandma-style apple pie, individual servings of fresh homemade cherry crisps, and oversized, right-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookies served in a cast iron skillet round out the menu.
