Despite Delay, Marshall's Bistro in Manchester Opens Wednesday

A sewer pipe backup delayed last week's opening, but Marshall's Bistro opens for dinner Wednesday at the old Panda Palace location.

After a one-week delay due to a sewer pipe backup, Marshall's Bistro - a new Manchester restaurant - is set to open around 5 p.m. Wednesday at the former Panda Palace location in Manchester.

"We're really excited," owner Nicole Marshall tells Patch. "I am so relieved, just ready for it to happen. Definitely relieved that the day is finally here."

"Everything's made from scratch," Marshall explained.

The restaurant will feature comfort food like spaghetti and meatballs, lamb sliders, braised short ribs and bread pudding, plus have a full bar and live music on the weekends.

Owners reported the sewer backup to the St. Louis County Department of Health and worked with the health department to get the restaurant sanitized and ready for business this week.
