Cooper's Hawk Under Construction at Town and Country Crossing
The winery and restaurant is starting its move into the area.
Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant is making its move into the Town and Country Crossing shopping center.
As Patch previously reported, Cooper's Hawk will build on to the shopping center, as well as occupy spaces that once housed Eugene's Custard and Three Dog Bakery. Construction is underway at the site located at 1000-1272 Town and Country Crossing Drive.
Cooper's Hawk will feature a full-service restaurant, barrel room, wine tasting room and outdoor seating near the existing fountain. The Town and Country location will be the restaurant's 15th in the nation. Read more about Cooper's Hawk here.
