5 Things to Know About the Senior Living Center Proposed for Town and Country

Plans for the Allegro Senior Living Center are moving through the approval process in Town and Country.

A senior living center is on the table for approval in Town and Country. Here's are a few details about the proposal and when it could be on its way.

  1. The Allegro Senior Living Center is a proposed project for property neighboring Mason Woods Village on Clayton Road near the Mason Road intersection.
  2. The development itself, a proposed site plan and rezoning requests would be submitted for approval. Town and Country Planning and Zoning Commission could begin the review process at their next meeting July 24.
  3. The project would be built on about 8.8 acres that was formerly a Shell gas station.
  4. Allegro will have the capacity to hold 150 housing units.
  5. A resident email shared that developers would be holding informational meetings at Town and Country City Hall July 17 and 18 at 7 p.m.
