Mercy Mobile Mammography Screenings

One in every eight women will learn she has breast cancer at some time in her life. Mercy’s mobile mammography unit brings early detection to all corners of our community, making it quick, convenient and simple for every woman to get a mammogram. It also features the latest advances in digital mammography, so your doctor gets the best images for diagnosis.

You can visit us at Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 1166 S. Mason Road, Town & Country, MO 63131 on Saturday, May 19.  The actual screening takes just 15 minutes and is performed by registered female technologists from Mercy Breast Center.

Mobile mammography is private, comfortable, and accredited by the American College of Radiology. Board-certified Mercy radiologists who specialize in breast imaging interpret the films independently to determine the results.  Annual screenings are recommended for anyone age 40 and above.
