Parkway South Middle's Yearbook Receives National "Gallery of Excellence" Award

Parkway South Middle's yearbook was inducted into Walsworth Yearbooks' "Gallery of Excellence." Walsworth Yearbooks is the publishing company for Parkway middle school yearbooks. The top 15 percent of all yearbooks published by Walsworth Company are selected for the "Gallery of Excellence" Award. This distinction is awarded to yearbooks that consistently demonstrate superior quality. A panel of judges based their decision on this year's theme, cover, book size, representative recommendation and last year's design.

Ms. Tracy Rychlewski, South Middle's Walsworth Yearbook representative, presented a commemorative plaque and congratulatory letter from Don Walsworth, an owner of the company, to the yearbook staff. Mrs. Maria Flick, Mrs. Nina Rygiol and Mrs. Danielle Voss are the staff sponsors who work with the group of approximately 15 middle school students to publish the yearbook.
