An Evening For Young Survivors (Under 40)

Free Screening of the Documentary: WRONG WAY TO HOPE

This striking film is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Owyhee River gorge deep in the SE Oregon desert.  A group of ordinary Canadians embark on a journey of a lifetime down a remote river in Oregon, sharing adventures and personal stories. This incredible river journey is all the more remarkable, as the core expedition members are all young adults and survivors of cancer. There will be a group discussion following the screening of the film.

Facilitated by Torie Gettinger, MSW.  This program is offered in collaboration with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the creators of Wrong Way to Hope.
