Town and Country, Manchester Make 'Best Places to Live' List

Coldwell Banker Real Estate released its annual 'Best Places to Live' list Tuesday. Town ad Country came in thirteenth on the list of best places to live in Missouri, while Manchester came in eighteenth.

Town and Country slightly beat out Manchester as a better place to live in Missouri, according to Coldwell Banker Real Estate's annual "Best Places to Live" list released Tuesday.

Coldwell Banker ranked Town and Country as the thirteenth best place to live in Missouri and Manchester as the eighteenth best. The list named the top 20 cities in the state.

Town and County has grown 1.1 percent since 2000 with a median income, $135,073. In comparison, Manchester has grown 3.8 percent since 2000 and has a median household income of $74,098.
