Speck Has a Heap of Love to Offer

Speck and other pets are up for adoption from the Coalition for Animal Rescue and Education.

Due to the Easter holiday, the Coalition for Animal Rescue and Education (CARE) won't be at the  this weekend, however it will be back soon. The group still has plenty of pets up for adoption, like this week's featured dog, Speck.

Pet Description Provided by CARE:

Speck is part Aussie, part raccoon, part couch potato. His main objective in life is to sleep late, take a nap in the afternoon and go to bed early, unless you want to rub his belly and scratch his ears. Then he is wide awake and gives you his devoted attention. Yes, he is overweight and needs someone to give him energizing walks. Speck is approximately 4 years old. He does not do well around cats, but loves people, eating and sleeping. What he really needs is someone to love him as much as he can love back. Get him into an exercise routine and he would be so exhausted at night he would sleep in your bed to keep you company.
