Meet This Mom And Her Nine New Pups
"Momma" and her babies will be looking for new homes at the Manchester PetSmart from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
This mother and her pups, along with other pets cared for by the Coalition for Animal Rescue and Education (CARE), will be up for adoption at the this weekend.
Pet Description Provided by CARE:
This is "Momma" and family. The mother was found along a dirt road next to a cardboard box taped shut in 97-degree heat. When we pulled the tape off the box, nine puppies spilled out. We have no idea how long they were there, but we do know they were closed in that box for more than 24 hours. CARE hasn't given "Momma" a name yet, but this family will be ready for adoption shortly. All nine puppies and "Momma" will need a home.

You can meet other pets looking for good homes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday at the Manchester Highland's PetSmart. CARE has pets available for adoption at that location every Saturday except for holidays.
