Elsie's Birthday Party Fashion Show

Ms. Elsie Labit is turning three! We want to celebrate with you and what better way to do so than with a fashion show at both Cotton Babies St. Louis retail locations. Stop by the West County Cotton Babies store on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 11 a.m. to see the latest looks for Spring 2012. There will be great deals, mini manis for the little ladies, face painting, and, of course, sweet treats to celebrate Elsie's birthday.
