Wellbridge Athletic Club in Town and County Hosts Event
to Benefit The Arthritis Foundation
St. Louis, Mo., July 10, 2013 –- Wellbridge Athletic Club in Town and County and The Arthritis Foundation are teaming up on Saturday, July 13 to raise awareness and raise funds to help people take greater control of arthritis by leading efforts to prevent, control and cure the disease.

The event, which will take place at Wellbridge Athletic Club in Town and Country, will run from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. During this time, residents in and around St. Louis are invited to stop by to partake in a variety of special fitness classes – including Zumba, Pilates, yoga, Cardio Combat, Aqua Running and Spinning – and enjoy a silent auction, local vendor giveaways and complimentary refreshments.

“We enjoy working with our local charitable foundations to help bring awareness to the community and help support the foundation financially. Arthritis is a disease that affects so many people nationwide. Physical activity is crucial to managing pain, improving mobility and reducing fatigue associated with the disease. It is my hope that participation in this event will lead people to take action to improve their own lives as well,” said Mike Polich, general manager of Wellbridge Athletic Club in Town and County.
Wellbridge Athletic Club in Town and Country will be collecting donations at the front desk. In addition, all proceeds from the silent auction, and a portion of the vendors’ proceeds, will go directly to The Arthritis Foundation.
