SPOKE is an internationally recognized quartet based in New York City featuring some of the brightest rising stars of the new generation of jazz instrumentalists.  We will be performing a free public concert on September 16 at the Parkway United Church of Christ in Town and Country, MO with sets at 6:30 and 7:45 PM, and would like to invite Post-Dispatch readers to share in a unique live music experience.

Spoke has received international critical and audience acclaim  (most recently as award-winners at the Macau Venetian Jazz and Blues festival in China) but claims Missouri roots:  bassist Dan Loomis is a native of St. Louis, and performs regularly in the area with ensembles such as the Wee Trio.
