Everything in moderation

Soda is always on debate, regular or diet?  My favorite statement from an article last week paraphrased.... Whether diet (no calorie) or regular, soda is not a health food and should be consumed in moderation, not everyday.I am also a believer in making small steps, if you are currently consuming many sodas per day, start with trying to alternate with water.  Versus thinking about quiting try adding a positive to help increase the healthy behaviors.  If you think you can't have it, then you will want it more.  To read more here's the full article: http://www.chicagotribune.com/health/sc-health-1205-diet-soda-20121205,0,3940073.story
