Manchester's new Nordstom Rack opens at 9 a.m. Thursday.

The new store, located at at 100 Highlands Boulevard Drive, is right next door to Weekends Only at the intersection of Manchester Road and Highland's Boulevard Drive.

As previously reported by Patch, both the retailer and the City of Manchester are excited about the new addition to the Manchester Highlands Shopping Complex and what it has to offer consumers.

A sneak peek event was held at the store earlier this week, so take a look at the above photos to see some of what you'll find when shopping.

Although the store opens at 9 a.m. Thursday, festivities for eager shoppers begin there at 7 a.m., so get there early! You can enter a raffle prior to the opening to win a $2,000 shopping spree. The name will be drawn around 8:30 and the lucky winner has 90 seconds to race through the store grabbing merchandise.

Also on Thursday, 20 golden hangers will be hidden throughout the new store. Customers who find the golden hangers can redeem them for a $100 in-store purchase. Only one hanger can be redeemed per customer, plus clues will be given away on twitter (@Manchester_Rack) between 7-9 a.m. Thursday, prior to the opening.

Although the store opens Thursday at 9 a.m. for the grand opening, the Manchester Highlands Nordstrom Rack regular store hours are as follows.

• Monday - Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
