Help With Community Thanksgiving Service
Member congregations of the St. Charles Ministerial Alliance will share in a community Thanksgiving Service on Tuesday evening, 7 o'clock, November 20th, at Good Shepherd United Church of Christ. The church is located at 3115 Elm Street.
Participating churches and their clergy will share in leadership. The offering will go to the St. Charles County branch of Operation Food Search.
If interested in participating, joining the community choir, or gaining more information, please call the Good Shepherd at 636-723-1251 or Dr. Beebe at 314-591-3887.
ACT II is located right here in beautiful St. Peters. This wonderful community theater is growing fast and we are in need of volunteers right now. We have openings for all of the shows during the production of Sweeney Todd. (October 26, 27,28 and November 2,3,& 4)
Positions open are Box Office, Concessions and Ushering. If you are interested, please contact Terri Violet at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 636-734-1883.
Family members that have been stricken with a terminal illness depend on caregivers for their every need. Caregivers have hearts of gold.
More and more patients are making the decision to stay at home. But they need help. Help from those in the community that can spare 2 to 3 hours once a week to allow them to get out of the caregiving mode and do something for themselves. At times they need to get out to go to the doctor, go grocery shopping or to just be able to take a nap.
We need your help in providing volunteers to help our caregivers. Please call JoAnn with Heartland Hospice, 1-866-297-7546 for more details or to arrange a meeting.
Disaster Services Volunteers are needed and will receive free training. Red Cross volunteers help save lives... and what could be more fulfilling than that? Join our team and help us help others!
