As previously reported by Patch, the new restaurant which features dishes by chef Michael Ryan, executive chef at Lola in St. Louis, was set to open this Wednesday, but the backup delayed those plans.
Nicole Marshall with Marshall's Bistro's tells Patch that owners reported the backup to the St. Louis County Department of Health and they are working with the health department to get the restaurant sanitized and ready for business.
The restaurant will feature comfort food like spaghetti and meatballs, lamb sliders, braised short ribs and bread pudding, plus have a full bar and live music on the weekends.

I wonder how long this one will last. It began as a Bonanza Steak House in the '70s and then into a string of Chinese eateries, all of which failed. It's biggest problem is that it's hidden from view on Manchester Road and unless you live in the area, you can't get to it.
