On sale this week the store has Cheerios on sale for $2.50, a three pound bag of clementines and Special K family size for $3.50 each or a 12 count box of Special K bars or an eight pack of Yoplait for $4. Lean Cuisine Cafe Classics are also on sale for $1.98 and much more food items to help you stick to your goals.

If working out is more your speed, the ladies' Danskin tunics, yoga pants and sports bras are on sale for $10. Men's Starter track jackets and pants are on sale for $15 each and performance tees are $8. To help you reach your goals they have pedometers for $5 and work out DVDs for $6 and $9. If you are a fan of the Biggest Loser, they have Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper DVDs. Both price levels include a 14-day bonus membership to Golds Gym - there's one located in Manchester.

If organization and Spring cleaning are your goals, Walmart has a complete set of office accessories for $7 a piece. Storage totes crates, file boxes, towels, sheets and more are on sale to get your house clean and ready for a new year.

Ulta

Shopping at Ulta in Manchester may help with any beauty and rejuvenation goals for this year. On sale this week are Philosophy products: Miracle Worker anti aging eye cream for $60, Purity made simple cleanser for $20 and Miracle Worker Miraculous anti aging moisturizer for $55. Receive a free Philosophy make-up optional 4-pc. kit with the purchase of $75 worth of Philosophy products.  The store is also offering the skin care brands Mario Badescu, Boscia, Dermalogica at a discount, along with Ulta brand buy one get one free deals.

Target

Target in Town and Country has two free offers this week! The first is a free Kodak Gallery 5"x7" photo book or $10 off a medium or large photo book. The second is a free Shutterfly photo poster calendar. Click on the links to get the details for each deal. In addition to Target's store brand (Market Pantry) grocery deals, the store is offering discounts on work out gear and apparel. Men's Champion piece tees and shorts are $10 each. For men they are also discounting Merona light weight V-neck sweaters and everyday button down shirts to $15 each. Select women's tops are $8 each, Ultimate chinos for $15 and jersey pants for $12. Sports bras are $12 and seamless sports bras and cami bras are $14 each. Work out gear for kids is $5 a piece for Champion tees, shorts, and pants. Best Buy

If you missed the XBOX boat this Christmas, Best Buy has the 250GB, Kinect ready, with WIFI for $299, plus a $50 instant gift card. You can add the Kinect sensor for $149.99.

Also on sale is the Wii Fit Plus with Wii Balance Board for $99.99. This includes a free Wii Fit Kit that includes pouch, Wii remote, jacket and Wii Fit hat. The Biggest Loser XBOX Ultimate Workout is $39.99.
